Contact and enquiry handling

Enquiries are handled by Edi Ferjan via info@natatu.com. When sending is active, the server validates the details and sends them as an email to the info@natatu.com mailbox, provided by Zoho Mail (EU). Details are not stored in a database, written to application logs or forwarded to partners. If sending is not active, the form says so and sends nothing; you can then send an email yourself from your own email program.

Data and purpose

The form asks for name, email, optional phone, property location and type, bedrooms and capacity, current booking method, package or service interest and an optional message. We process the details with your consent, solely to reply and prepare an initial assessment. Do not enter sensitive data. Copying is your action and places details on your clipboard.

Local measurement and technical services

Form starts and successful sends are counted only in this browser tab’s session storage, without personal data, cookies or transmission to an analytics provider. Lovable serves the site and Google Fonts provides fonts; loading these services transmits technical information such as an IP address. The IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit repeated sends.
